THE MOLECULAR CHARTER
We, the people of the world, in order to combat the corruption of super wealth and the injustice, poverty, suffering and ecological destruction it brings about, do hereby call upon our governments and leaders to endorse these 10 Articles at the United Nations and thereby secure world peace and prosperity.
1. There shall be formed a World Federal Economic Union through the gradual economic integration of all Nations into a single structured system comprising wholly equal but otherwise wholly autonomous member States.
2. The Union shall be governed under Real Democracy brought about by 3 equal but wholly independent bodies: A chamber of Representatives, a Senate excluded to politicians and qualified Direct Democracy by the people.
3. The Union shall operate a Single Global Economy in which wealth is fairly distributed and all essential resources are owned in common for the equal benefit of all.
4. The Union shall impose a Universal Personal Wealth Limit, democratically determined every year, so that the power of private finance is properly controlled.
5. The Union shall ensure that a Universal Minimum Living Standard is delivered in every member State.
6. The Union shall protect Universal Human Rights in every State.
7. The Union shall enable Universal Freedom of Movement to live, work and journey in every State without restriction.
8. The Union shall determine a Universal Common Language to be taught in every State in addition to the local tongue.
9. The Union shall protect Universal Earth Rights for the entire ecosystem that no State may disregard.
10. The Union shall adopt a Global Constitution to uphold these articles and forever protect mankind and the Earth from abuse by any State, Corporation or individual.
